Women's Ag Day

Women's Ag Day logo

Foster County Women's Ag Day is a biennial celebration of women in agriculture.  It is arranged by a committee of local volunteers with the support of local businesses and individuals.

The 2025 Women's Ag Day was held on the evening of Thursday, March 27th at Crossroads Golf Club.  The program featured singer, writer, and rancher Jessie Veeder with a program centered around memories of food and family.  Those attending also enjoyed a pasta supper with gelato for dessert.  Thanks to our volunteers and our generous local sponsors for their support.  Some materials for the event were donated by Cows & Co Creamery, 8th Avenue Foods, Dakota Central, and NDSU Extension.  Door prizes were donated by Carrington Rose Garden Floral, Petals and Stems, Bank Forward, Insure Forward, and Jessie Veeder.  Carrington FFA came as servers and the catering was done by John and Stacey Erickson and Steve and Tonia Erickson.

The 2025 Women's Ag Day Committee were Angela Blahna, Maartja Murphy, Brianne Partlow, Dionn Schaaf, Jessica Skadberg, Jess Timm, and Jenni Wede
